EMPLOYEE REFERRAL PROGRAM

AI RANDOMTREES LLC Employee Referral Program is a recruiting tool designed to encourage

RandomTrees’s employees to refer qualified candidates to fill open positions at RandomTrees LLC


Eligibility

Current employees of AI RANDOMTREES LLC are eligible to make referrals through this program.

In case of multiple referrals, the first employee to submit the referral will be recognized as the referring

employee. The candidate who is referred to the open job position should not be a current employee of

the company. Please note that the referral program is not applicable for Intern positions. Employees

with the title of Delivery Manager and above are not eligible. If a candidate is already contacted by the

TAG Team, the referee would not be entitled to the referral bonus. You can refer spouses & siblings to

other teams but must not be present in the interview panel or linked to the selection process


Incentives Offered

If the new employee, who was hired through employee referral program, stays with the company for at

least 3 Months or more, then the referring employee receives a special bonus in the amount of

$500(Including Taxes). The Referral Bonus will be paid to you after three months from the date of

the candidate's joining. If the referral candidate leaves within three months of joining, the referral bonus

will be automatically recovered. There is no limit to the number of referrals an employee can make, or

the number of referrals bonuses an employee may receive.


Referral Procedure

When you come across a qualified individual for a current or future job opening, simply email their

resume to tagus@randomtrees.com addressing the HR department. You become eligible for a

Referral Bonus once the referred candidate comes on board. Your claim for the Referral Bonus must

be supported with written evidence (email) of the referral, dated earlier than the selection date.

Candidates can be referred to any open position by contacting HR directly. Referral Bonus payments

are made subject to the cut-off date for adding bonus pay-outs into the monthly payroll, which is

the 25th of every month. If the candidate referred to by the employee is offered and accepts the

position, HR will contact the employee who made the referral directly. Upon meeting the requirements,

the candidate must apply with the HR Department for the referral fees by providing the candidate’s

name.
